Joanna Stone (aka Jo)
Joanna Stone holds a BA in dance and theater from the University of Texas at Austin and an MA in dance from Texas Woman's University. She is fitness instructor certified through AFAA and is a RYT. Joanna founded and created, Barre Vida®. Joanna teaches and trains Barre Vida, corporate wellness classes, and yoga. Jo's goal is for her students to get the most benefit from the workout and prevent injury.

Kenyetta Brasher
Kenyetta is an alumnus of Dayton
Contemporary Dance Company II. After
suffering from a stroke in 2008, she used
yoga as her rehab for speech and to regain
strength. Kenyetta holds certifications in
Mat Pilates, 500 Yoga RYT, Les Mills Body
Flow, Barre Vida, Silver Sneakers Circuit &
Splash, Zumba, POP Pilates and World of
Dance U-Jam Fitness.

Morgahn Crawford
Morgahn Crawford considers herself a movement enthusiast. She has her E.B.A.S. certification and Barre Vida Certification. She is currently on a mission to combine her passions of entrepreneurship, dance, fitness and travel. Always hyper-focused on the experience, Morgahn believes making fitness truly enjoyable will keep you coming back to movement time and time again.

Autumn is a Barre Vida certified instructor, with RYT 200 training and a BFA in Dance. She strives to make movement accessible to all, focusing on anatomical and alignment awareness in her classes while having FUN.

Chanah Hecht
Chanah Hecht is a dancer and a barre fanatic. She has been doing barre for over six years and teaching it for around three. Mainly she works with personal clients on their own fitness needs, adding in the Barre Vida method when it helps a client get stronger or head an injury. She is looking forward to training other students to be Barre Vida instructors and to spread the barre love! Chanah is also a trained EMT.
