  • We are a Barre Instructor Certification Program, offering Online and In-Person training for every Body.

    Barre is a total body workout open to women and men of all fitness levels, blending the original Lotte Berk method with exercise science, Pilates, and dance.

    Using isometric and isotonic exercises, you will gain more strength, stability, and flexibility, enhancing your overall well-being!

  • The BARRE VIDA barre instructor certification course prepares instructors and trainers to teach a barre class or private training session with or without a ballet barre. Upon completion of the training, the new Barre Vida Certified Barre Instructors can teach in any fitness, dance, studio, or private training location.

    You will learn how to format a complete barre class with music, the exercise science of the barre method, and how to cue and execute each exercise properly. 

    During the training you will learn pedagogy, injury prevention, modifications, verbal and hands on corrections, and advanced techniques. 

    We offer In-Person and Online trainings.

    • 1.2 NASM CEUS, 12 AFAA CEUS, and 1.2 ACE CECS

    • Job referrals to a studio near you.

A certification to teach barre without having to travel anywhere!

  • Receive all the necessary tools to become a professional barre instructor, including an online manual, online videos, and live teaching feedback.

  • Utilizing discussion boards and forums during the training, allowing you to ask questions, practice with other instructors, take live classes, receive coaching, take quizzes, etc.

  • The Certification Course takes about 45 hours to complete. From the date of sign up, you have four months to complete the certification. You will be required to submit teaching videos, conduct one live teaching class with invited students (can be virtual students), and pass the final exam.  

  • Post training support: One year FREE Barre Vida Subscription which includes monthly playlists, exercises, and choreography. Plus studio referrals, FREE Quarterly Review Sessions, and become a part of the barre community via facebook group and email list.
